We are Seccion Amarilla, the largest independent Spanish Yellow Pages print and Internet publishing agent in the US.  We are seeking ambitious and results-oriented individuals for the position of outside sales account executive for your local market. Spanish speaking not required.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

Visits prospective and established customers on site to develop their Yellow Pages and Internet advertising Meets and exceeds aggressive sales quotas Discusses customers' business strategies and develops advertising programs to meet their needs using customer software applications Prepares advertising layouts and background information for recommended advertising programs to meet the needs of each customer Organizes and prioritizes work to meet customer and directory deadlines  Executes contracts for billing and handles detailed paperwork Contacts delinquent accounts for payment

 

This is a base plus paid up front commission position where the earning potential is well over 200k in the first year if monthly objectives are exceeded.  Paid training takes in your local office.  Relocation package for this position is not available.  We offer a complete benefits package that includes medical, dental, life insurance, 401k, paid holidays/vacation and much more.

Minimum requirements: 

 

One year outside sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Internet proficiency
Willingness to accept a base plus commission position
Valid driver's license
Willingness to use personal vehicle

Ability to travel overnight approximately 25% of the time throughout the year

Experience with PowerPoint and Excel

Experience with commissioned sales within the last 5 years
