As an Account Executive, this key individual will focus on new and existing business-to-business (B2B) account development with a major emphasis on prospecting, qualifying and closing new accounts. Proven time management skills and the ability to work independently are required. Product sales experiences in the industrial, commercial, construction and/or distribution market is a plus.
Ritz Safety provides a complete training program on product knowledge, sales process, and the industry to ensure success. Upward mobility and progression is available for advanced career progressions.
We offer an outstanding compensation package, including a training salary plus commission, converting to 100% commission upon completion of training, frequent contests/promotions, with first year earning potential of $50,000+.
