JOB DESCRIPTION:
Account Executive – Group Benefits
Ø Develop new sources of business
Ø Effectively recruit, train and develop brokers and producers
Ø Experience in the small and mid market segment
Ø Knowledge of the voluntary/worksite marketplace
Ø Make recommendations for improvements in regional office operations, underwriting policy and home office services
Ø Responsible for conducting sales seminars and promotions as necessary to increase new business
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ø College Degree and two years of successful sales experience
Ø Valid Health & Life licenses with the willingness to pursue CLU, CEBS, FLMI
Ø Excellent communication skills
Ø Willingness to travel
