Our product and services offering includes Fire, Burglar, CCTV, and Access Control systems, monitoring and integration.

 

A-1 Security/Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. is seeking candidates to work throughout the Reno, Nevada area.  In this sales role, you will be expected to find, grow, and manage accounts within your territory by developing sales leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking. You will capitalize on your strong customer and relationship building skills to expand the business by establishing new customers through solution based selling and working with the existing customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, proposing, and closing medium to large commercial accounts while supporting the branch booking and profitability goals through the achievement of assigned sales quota. 

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

Understanding of fire alarm and security systems, products, service, and design; knowledge of construction industry and familiarity with local and national fire codes are preferred National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technology (NICET) Level I certification is desirable. Knowledge of the local market is preferred Effective listening and questioning skills, strong verbal/written communication and outstanding presentation skills are required Candidate should have experience in the bidding/negotiating process Successful, proven sales track record Experience in commercial systems business development Adept at prospecting, networking, and building alliances to promote company market share Candidate must be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as well as have skill in working with the Internet to obtain answers to industry related questions Minimum 5 years experience as a successful Sales Representative demonstrated by the consistent ability to exceed quota Ambitious results-oriented individual with entrepreneurial drive
