RPO to support customer recruiting efforts As an Account Executive, you’ll provide daily support, training and side-by-side selling to national retail partner accounts within a specific geographic territory (approximately 40-70 retail locations). You’ll be on the front lines of strengthening our brand and driving sales productivity and customer satisfaction. You’ll play a critical role in building preference through relationships and merchandising standards. Your personality and charisma will be critical to providing effective sales training to ensure our retailers are fully informed on all our products and services. You’ll achieve (and exceed!) sales objectives and maximize retail partner satisfaction across the board. Your Responsibilities. You’ll conduct daily site visits to retail partner locations, providing sales support, training and side-by-side selling while coaching an effective sales delivery on our service. You’ll deliver and replenish merchandise materials ensuring proper product placement, maintenance and brand compliance. You’ll develop positive business relationships with our assigned partners and serve as point of contact for questions or problems, including individual customer issues. You’ll provide ongoing product and service training. You’ll participate in weekly sales meetings by providing competitive updates, sales and metric performance and weekly achievements. You’ll prioritize activities and store visits to maximize sales productivity.
