We are currently in search of a Talented and Dynamic Account Executive for our Nashua, NH office.

As an Account Executive in Nashua, you are responsible for increasing market share. In this role you will be expected to provide the highest level of service by understanding client staffing needs and acquiring their business to fill direct hire, temporary and temp to hire positions. You will also ensure continuous profitable sales growth through activity and unsurpassed customer service.

·  Manage assigned territory

·  Service and develop additional business opportunities within current customer base

·  Generate business from new accounts

·  Generate leads through prospecting and cold calling, both in-person and via telephone

·  Research potential business and current customers

·  Maintain active participation and membership in networking organizations

·  Complete detailed documentation daily

Qualifications:

Strong selling skills required (outside sales)
Strong negotiating and solution-selling skills
Outstanding presentation skills
Must have excellent communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of management
Staffing industry experience a plus
College degree preferred
A stable career history, preferably having worked for no more than 2 different companies in the past 5 years
