Executive Alliance is a privately owned, national recruitment firm. Headquartered in New York, Executive Alliance is dedicated to providing superior services and networking abilities to the credit, collections, call center management, finance, retail, public relations and sales and marketing industries.

 

Executive Alliance was established in 2000 and has experienced explosive growth. In 2007 we opened our second office in Tampa, Florida (the Lutz, Wesley Chapel area) and we are currently seeking qualified and energetic professionals to join our team at our new location.

What Will My Responsibilities Be?

Heavy phone and internet search workContacting potential employers regarding our services in order to obtain signed fee agreements and job orders (req's)Identify and contact both active and passive candidates regarding open job ordersHeavy client contactCoordination of phone and face to face interviewsInputting of all information into the company databaseOffer extension and negotiation

What Do You Need To Succeed?

We are looking for two types of individuals:

Experienced recruiters who work within a specific industry. These individuals will have contact with hiring authorities and be familiar with taking job orders, negotiating fee agreements, sourcing candidates and handling the offer, acceptance process.Experienced sales professionals who are well networked within a specific industry. These individuals will be familiar with and knowledgeable in industry specifics, terminology, key companies and contacts. Must have a sales mentality, we spend 75% of our time on the phone selling. Must be customer oriented and yet aggressive.
