The Opportunity – Account Executive

We are seeking energetic individuals for our Pittsburgh, Columbus and Charleston, WV offices to grow our existing account base through his/her personal sales efforts.  This position is responsible for creating awareness of ContactPointe’s image and reputation for providing the best quality management, coordination and training services. This will be accomplished through ongoing prospecting, sales calls and consultative selling.

The Candidate

The successful candidate is an aggressive solution-driven salesperson who can develop strong relationships with their clients and work to penetrate various parts of the client organization at all levels. High energy, positive attitude, team spirit and professional appearance are absolute requirements.

The successful candidate must:

Be able to give outstanding product and service presentations

Be someone from whom we would be comfortable buying

Be proficient with standard office software packages

The Job Duties:

* Identify market potential by qualifying accounts.

* Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments; make initial presentation; understand account requirements.

* Close sales by building rapport with potential account; explain product and service capabilities; overcome objections; prepare contracts.

* Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.

* Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.

* Recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results; identify needs to be filled.

* Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

The Compensation

The successful candidate will earn a base salary, plus commissions. We offer an excellent benefits package including health insurance.
