The Account Executive must be able to demonstrate excellent selling, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment. Reporting to the Division Director, the Account Executive is primarily responsible for the following: Develop and grow a client base. Use his/her proven sales and/or financial background to develop and grow his/her own client base by selling senior-level consulting services for projects and interim staffing solutions. Make telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers and senior-level executives, for the purpose of selling our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships. Recruit, interview and place highly skilled accounting and finance project professionals. Responsible for solidifying Robert Half Management Resources’ presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events. Contact supervisors to determine candidate’s viability to support and resolve specific client needs. Strategize with team-mates to accomplish weekly business growth goals. Qualifications :
As the ideal Account Executive, you are to demonstrate excellent selling, recruiting, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills. Your background consists of 5+ years' experience working in a Big 4 or international public accounting / consulting environment or large corporate finance/accounting environment. An Accounting and/or Finance Degree is required. MBA and/or CPA is highly desirable.
