Oure Account Executive is primarily responsible for Outside Sales to new and managed customer base in the Fayetteville/Bentonville, AR markets.
A BS degree or equivalent preferred with a minimum of 5-7 years successful experience managing a sales territory in a growing business environment, included in prospecting, replacing an incumbent/competitor, and protecting the installed base.
This individual must have experience in relationship management, strong communication, and presentation skills. Working knowledge of IP Telephony products. Candidate should demonstrate competence in using a variety of selling techniques with excellent negotiation skills. Must be aggressive self-starter with ability to build executive relationships, articulate product and business strategies, create the demand and close deals. Data networking technical knowledge strongly preferred. Knowledge working with complex technical accounts. The ability to negotiate solutions to issues with peers, partners and customers. Must have keen ability to position "end to end" solutions and articulate primary vendor strategies to senior customer executives. Demonstrated knowledge of processes; running a sales territory, forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations.
