We are growing quickly and reinventing the way advertising, marketing and public relations works in an integrated marketing environment, specifically in our Parkersburg, West Virginia field office, servicing multiple markets on the McDonald’s Co-op business.

If you have a good amount of presence, the ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time, you’re great at building relationships, have good presentation skills…and understand that the changing consumer and digital environment creates more needle moving opportunities than ever before…we need to talk.

Are a self-motivated and knowledgeable beginning to mid level AE with an entrepreneurial mindset but works well on a team Have a minimum of two - three years of professional account service experience, preferably at an ad agency Excel at and have experience in presenting to all size groups Have overseen production and distribution of monthly programs Are skilled in working with consumer generated and social media and regularly seek out new opportunities for your clients within the social media landscape Are able to think strategically and see the big picture, as well as implement all the details on a granular level

Have experience in the QSR and multi-unit retail industries

Can hit the ground running and jump into assisting the Account Supervisor and Targeted Marketing Lead with planning and executing Co-op promotions Can assist on various program executions Can go all “Rain Man,” and become an expert and memorize all aspects of all McDonald’s promotions (corporate and local) 2 months out Become the market expert on all (POP) point-of-purchase for all promotions Are an über multi-tasker; able to prioritize and manage a high volume of detailed work:

o Responsible for all general office duties

o Maintaining all assigned Co-Op communications in an accurate and timely manner

o Producing & shipping monthly promotional calendars

o Works with Creative Department to develop local broadcast and print materials

o Responsible to communicate timeline and to secure creative approval from client

o Works with Research Department for monthly/post promotion research analysis

o Direct traffic instructions through Media Department

o Coordinate all aspects of “Event Day” event marketing

o Responsible for maintaining an updated Job Status Report

o Distributes inter-office communication (Human Resources, Company Info. etc.)

Are skilled in writing marketing presentations with excellent written and verbal communications skills. Excel at delivering presentations - formally and informally. Are enthusiastic and willing to learn all aspects of the client’s business, because Account Service at Moroch doesn’t operate in a silo – it’s an integrated marketing approach.

· Enjoy doing all of the above, while being an integral part of our new business strategy when needed.

· Demonstrate a team player attitude by being flexible and responsible, self-motivated, resourceful, manage time efficiently and show enthusiasm for the agency, our clients and the business.

· Attend weekly staff meeting, contribute to the communication & sharing for Acct Team.

· Returns all voice mail message and phone calls within 24 hours.

· Manages all projects on time and on budget.

· Completes expense reports no longer than 30 days after expense incurred.

· Adheres to all company policies.

· Assists with other agency projects, as requested.

Your Supervisor: You’ll be reporting to the Account Supervisor and Account Director, who are both 100% supportive. Travel: 10 – 15% within a 1- 2 hour driving distance, occasional overnights.
