A brief summary of responsibilities include: Sales of laboratories products and services to the medical profession Maintaining and developing existing and new clients with ethics and relationship-building to optimize, first and foremost, quality, business growth, and client satisfaction Prospecting and "hunting" in a high-energy team environment Planning and organizing personal sales activities within an assigned territory to achieve company-established sales goals Provide training, demonstrations, and other client maintenance activities to new and established clients Participation in local and national marketing activities, conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, and other functions that facilitate business development and attaining sales goals Market research Overnight travel approximates 30% ********************

Requirements:
Minimum experience includes 3+ years success in sales and territory management - pharmaceutical and/or business solutions. Adaptability - manages competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. Computer Skills - knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point; preferred knowledge of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Database software Ethics - Respectful of others; manages and honors commitment; inspires the trust of others; works with integrity and ethically; upholds organizational values Excellent judgment and decision-making qualities Efficient planning and organization skills Communication, verbal, written and listening Professionalism and respectful Team spirit
