As an Enterprise Account Executive, you would be part of a team that targets F1000 organizations. You will be in charge of prospecting and selling the complete range of RightNow application software products and services. You will be responsible for driving the strategy and closing business on a quarterly basis. Your goals and objectives will align with RightNow’s core values: Growth, Customer-Focused, Success-Oriented and High Ethics.
Reporting to a Regional Manager, your responsibilities will include all sales activities, from lead generation through close, for a geographic territory.
Responsibilities:Meet quarterly and annual quota objectives Maximize all opportunities to increase deal size and accelerate the buying process Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values Clear understanding of the Sales process, product, and service value propositions Accurate forecasting based upon realistic opportunity assessments Maintain sales leadership to effectively coordinate and orchestrate sales team members with buyers’ organizational decision tree Ensure 100% customer satisfaction management with all respective customers Manage and prioritize opportunities Maintain Account and opportunity updates within our internal Sales Force Automation system Requirements:7-10 recent years selling complex application software solutions Consistent track record of success. Proven over target, “club” winner. Capability to leverage your relationships and your knowledge of the territory in which you are selling. Consistent track record for developing new business and managing a complex sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals. Experienced individual contributor selling applications packaged at $100,000+. Highly motivated professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
