We are currently seeking an ambitious PR professional with 2+ years of PR agency experience to join our New York office as an Account Executive in our Corporate B2B practice.

DUTIES:
This Account Executive will serve as a day-to-day client contact and provide support on a variety of accounts. The Account Executive will perform fundamental PR tasks such as media outreach and press material development. S/he must also have strong research, writing and editing skills, and the ability to continue developing media contacts/relationships. S/he must have a solid grasp of all basic public relations' tools and how they affect the client.
Strong media relations skills Work with client on tactical issues and provide basic client counsel Participate in client meetings and presentations Conduct and manage the flow of research necessary to analyze client issues Monitor media outlets for coverage of client news and competitor developments Help to track and maintain media placements Draft media relations materials Generate story ideas and topic angles Compose basic media plans and contribute to plan development processes Understand industry issues that directly and indirectly affect the client Proof and edit client related documents as needed Continually communicate with multiple managers on updates and status Attend agency staff meetings and group meetings. Participate in brainstorming sessions.

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must have 2 + years of PR agency experience working on corporate accounts, enthusiasm for media relations, a creative mind, ability to multi-task, and be able to consistently deliver results.
