In this role, the Account Executive (or business developer) will be accountable for creating and maintaining client relationships that position Hewitt for accelerated sales growth opportunities in the Corporate Transactions (M&A) and Transformations market in North America. The primary focus for this position will be to create, grow, and nurture key relationships with target organizations. The AE will be called upon to identify and pursue strategic, significant growth opportunities, and to work closely with the CTT lead consultants to close deals.

Leads sales planning process and client strategy development
Strongly aligns actions to overall CTT plan for building market segment.
Crafts and presents client offers
Develops relationships with the buying center at target transaction companies or private equity firms.
Creates a pipeline of future business opportunities.
Utilizes other selling resources at the appropriate time in the selling process.
Collects market intelligence and incorporates into client sales planning.
Manages the client level cost of sale and makes appropriate decisions.
Acquires knowledge of and develops relationships with community and/or professional/industry organizations toward generating and nurturing leads.

Master's degree/MBA preferred.
5 to 10 years in progressively more responsible roles
Currently have, and ability to develop relationships with C-Suite levels at large Fortune 100 Companies

Demonstrated experience and proven capability in selling restructuring work

Experience/Familiarity with the Private Equity market
Deep Knowledge and exposure in a market--corporate transactions (M&A) and valuations most desirable.
