We are currently looking for a qualified Account Director to join our Sales team at our worldwide headquarters in Islandia, NY.

The Account Director will be the primary customer relationship owner, responsible for developing and executing on a strategic sales plan. This includes owning and coordinating all aspects of account activities, across all CA brands and maintaining a keen understanding of customer's business and strategy.

Position Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 years of solution and service based sales experience within a software and/or related high technology business environment
* Experience selling enterprise systems software is preferred
* Must be highly motivated and have strong closing skills, coupled with extensive experience in successfully selling large ticket solutions, as well as demonstrated knowledge and understanding of multiple platforms, competitors and market landscape
* Must have strong skills in communication, presentation skills, negotiation, organizational, and teamwork
* Bachelor's Degree in Business or related area is preferred
* Travel required
