Account Director/Account Manager (Promotional)

Account Director, in this position you will be the acting primary client contact for designated accounts. You will identify the strategic and tactical needs of all projects as well as the ability to develop new business within assigned clients & accounts by identifying and proposing new business opportunities, plan and strategies with clients and lead related meetings.  Identify the definition and message of a client's brand to support its business objectives.  Traffic projects through all disciplines of the agency.  Ensure that project implementation meets all objectives set forth and are delivered on time, and on budget.  Develop programs and tools for ongoing management of the brand.  Cultivate and maintain strong relationships both with clients and the in house company departments 

Duties associated with this position include experience with the following:

-Superior client management and development

-Collaborate with all executive levels to ensure continued smooth and profitable business relationships

-Creative development of proposal/marketing materials, presentations, surveys, and promotional mailings

-Dedicated supervisor with ability to foster team work and improve quality through process improvements

-Proficiency in multiple software packages, (i.e.) Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Outlook. 

Requirements:

Position requires a minimum of 5 or more years of recent relevant industry experience (Promotional Medical Education, Pharmaceutical advertising, Pharmaceutical) in an Account Management or Account Director role.   

Bachelors Degree in a related field (science, medical or business preferred).

Ability to understand Scientific Content.  Experience with pharmaceutical strategic marketing programs.
