Job Description: The Account Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration of participant non-qualified deferrals compensation accounts through a proprietary record keeping database. Analysts will upload participant contribution dollars into the database and process. On a quarterly basis, the Analyst is responsible for generating benefit statements for each of their executives.
