Company info: My client is a 100+ bed skilled care nursing facility in Connecticut. It was designed and operates to provide each patient with an appropriate balance of professional services and personal attention. The beautiful campus provides residents with his or her own special interests and needs. The facility offers short-term rehab, longterm care, Alzheimers care, and hospice care.

Job Description: We are looking for a 3rd shift Nursing Supervisor. Reporting to the DNS, this person will be responsible for leading the 11-7 operations of the SNF.

Qualifications: RN, CT License, IV and CPR certified. 1 year management experience preferred. Must be a strong leader as he/she manages nurses and CNAs. Must be able to provide patient continuity of care, serve as a staff technical resource, and serve as an autonomous problem solver.
