CITY: New York STATE: New York COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities): Job responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsibility for a particular show or shows in a studio.
  • Responsibility for operating and/or maintaining pin rail systems.
  • Keep support facilities and studio safe, clean and maintained.
  • Audience safety and controls. Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years prior experience in studio and remote rigging.
  • Minimum of 5 years prior experience setting up and taking apart sets and displays.
  • Must be willing to do shift work.
  • Must be able to work flexing schedule to match show productions.
  • Must be IATSE Local 1 card member. Eligibility Requirements
  • Must be willing to take drug test and submit to a background investigation.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. Desired:
  • Must be proficient in rigging, flying scenery, ability to properly set-up and take apart sets and displays.
  • General overall knowledge of staging and studio operations.
