CITY: New York STATE: New York COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities): Job responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:
Responsibility for a particular show or shows in a studio. Responsibility for operating and/or maintaining pin rail systems. Keep support facilities and studio safe, clean and maintained. Audience safety and controls. Qualifications/Requirements: Minimum of 5 years prior experience in studio and remote rigging. Minimum of 5 years prior experience setting up and taking apart sets and displays. Must be willing to do shift work. Must be able to work flexing schedule to match show productions. Must be IATSE Local 1 card member. Eligibility Requirements Must be willing to take drug test and submit to a background investigation. Must be 18 years or older. Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. Desired: Must be proficient in rigging, flying scenery, ability to properly set-up and take apart sets and displays. General overall knowledge of staging and studio operations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with producers and talent.
