Maryville Technologies, a systems integration services firm and BMC/Remedy partner, is seeking a Remedy Architect in multiple geographies; including Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Houston, Kansas City, Dallas, and St. Louis.  This position will allow you to see a variety of environments and get involved in the latest technology.

 

OVERVIEW 

The successful Architect is capable of working in multiple environments and leading organizations in the design and architecture of Remedy solutions.  The Remedy Architect will participate in the design/architecture, development, and implementation of Remedy solutions.  These projects will include both out of the box solutions as well as custom application development within the Remedy solution.

 

REQUIREMENTS 

Minimum 4 years of experience architecting, developing and implementing/integrating Remedy ITSM solutions (Asset Management, Change Management, Help Desk and SLA,) for both out-of-the-box solutions and custom development.

Experience deploying the ITSM suite, must have experience with 6.x and 7.x. ARS development experience in a high availability environment. (Preferably UNIX)Strong understanding and experience in the full software development lifecycle. Experience integrating 3rd party applications with Remedy.Experience with database development (SQL Server & Oracle knowledge) and ITIL Foundation Certification a plus.Position may require travel to other Maryville geographies. Computer Engineering or Computer Science background. 

Should have subject matter expertise in Remedy and be able to discuss the following:

Performance and Optimization.Troubleshooting.Architecture.
