Eligible candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 4 years of experience.  The Web Developer will report to the Director of IT.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

This full-time position will be responsible for designing and developing business-critical e-commerce websites and web-based systems.  In addition candidate will:

 

Provide technical leadership in the software development process.Support existing web-based applications.Work well with other developers and project team members.Manage schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks/projects.Work with project owners in obtaining function requirements.Conform to corporate SDLC project management methodology.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field.4 years experience in developing software applications, integration of web-enabled software products and databases in a variety of technologies, including ASP.Net, VB.Net, ASP, JavaScript, and Microsoft SQL Server (including stored procedures and triggers).Strong programming background with a focus on ASP.Net/SQL development and experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle.Excellent interpersonal and communications (verbal and written) skills.Self-motivated, works well with team or individually.

Specific experience with one or more of the following is also a plus:

Client/Server programming; Interface and controls design and development;ASP.Net 2.0 development;E-commerce or EDI applications; andMS SQL Reporting Services;
