We are seeking .NET Consultants that possess a combination of advanced technology expertise and business acumen to participate in a specialized training program. Upon successful completion of the program, the trained candidates will join our MOSS 2007 consulting team.

Consultants will be responsible for participating in a rapid training program and will demonstrate their understanding of the new technologies at structured gates (design and development milestones); and will build-out prototypes and pilots to apply and demonstrate their new knowledge. Candidates will be required to obtain appropriate Microsoft certification in the selected technology track within a specified period of time.

Candidates for these positions should have practical experience with the following:

• 3- 5 years real world experience in the use of ASP.NET, C#, and ADO.NET (evidence may be required).
• 3 years experience with the use of the Visual Studio .NET 2003 IDE.
• Experience using source control programs, preferably Visual Source Safe
• Understanding and practical experience in the use of assemblies in .NET development.
• 5 years experience of Object Oriented Programming techniques.
• .NET Web Services
• Good understanding of XML Schemas, XSLT and XPATH
• Experience with custom business objects and collections.
• Familiarity with Cascading Style Sheets, with ability to conform to UI design standards.

Other Skills and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology or Information Systems or equivalent combination of work experience.
• Display a high degree of analytical skills, inquisitiveness, and possess an eagerness to learn at a detailed and abstract level.
• Ability to work well under time constraints.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Additionally, candidates should have familiarity with the following:
• Working Knowledge of Portal platforms, such as Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2003 or WSS 2.0
• Exposure to and/or experience with developing and implementing Web Parts
• An Understanding of Portal Structures or Content Management solutions

Preferred candidates will have some exposure to the following:
• Experience with FrontPage 2003 and or SharePoint Designer
• Experience with InfoPath Forms or WinForms Development desired
• Experience with Excel Services desired
