PC Scale Tower , Inc., the leading provider of customized route and scale management software for the solid waste and recycling industries, is looking for an experienced .Net and C-Family of languages Programmer specializing in interface design and development to work full time from its headquarters, located in Oxford, Pennsylvania.

 

The Candidate should possess excellent analysis and design skills as well as good user communication skills.  A key part of this position will be meeting with company and customer management end users, assisting them in defining their goals and achieving their product vision.  Writing or refining of design specifications will be required, and the Candidate should also work well in a team oriented Development group.

Responsibilities

 

Application design/analysis, coding, testing, documenting all code, and maintaining and upgrading existing applications. Responsible for the design, programming, testing and implementation of tasks related to projects assigned. Act as a troubleshooter for assigned system problems Occasionally work with a customer to assist in the gathering and analysis of user requirements. Publish design documents and/or program specifications resulting from the above analysis.

Requirements

 

Minimum of 2 years experience in developing .NET WinForms-based commercial software products, preferably making use of web services. Experience in developing business and accounting systems. Knowledge of the C# language or with languages in the C family. Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL server programming Experience in creating sophisticated Crystal Reports a plus. Ready for a challenge Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Attention to detail, problem solving skills, technical analysis expertise, interpersonal and oral and written communication skills.
