A dynamic Eastern Iowa leader has an immediate opening for a Financial Analyst! In this role, you will handle all aspects of budgeting process; calculate cost rates (standard and actual); variance analysis and explanation; financial reporting/analysis along with making appropriate recommendations to departments in addition to make formal presentations on the various financial topics. Candidates must have 4+ years related budgeting/forecasting experience, very strong communication skills and good general accounting experience. Cost accounting experience is strongly preferred. Qualifications :
Previous experience with Intermediate Variance Analysis, Basic Cost - Standard, Advanced Budgeting/Forecasting, Basic Oracle, and Intermediate Microsoft Excel is preferred.
