Work for a growing Northern New Jersey area Medical Device Manufacturing Company.

Assembler/Solder:

General Description:

Performs through hole and surface mount soldering duties on the electrical workbench.

Responsibilities:

May train new employees as needed.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Knowledge / Skills Required:

Through hole and surface mount soldering skills on an electrical workbench.

On the Job Training:

New Hire Orientation

Manufacturing Floor Procedures 82-0002-1400

IPC 610 Certification

Quality System

Additional training will be provided as necessary to ensure that the assigned responsibilities are adequately met.

Physical Requirements:

Must have good hand/finger dexterity and eye/hand coordination to work with very small parts.

Position requires the ability to sit for long periods of time working at a bench on the manufacturing floor. Requires 95% sitting and 5% walking.

Minimum Education Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Two years related experience in a similar manufacturing environment preferred.

Other:

Requires regular attendance in accordance with attendance policy.
