We are currently searching for a Recruitment and Outreach Specialist to support the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This opportunity is a full-time position with Lockheed Martin and is on-site at NIH in Bethesda, MD.


Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the clinical Manager and the recruitment team to develop, implement and evaluate volunteer recruitment strategies and outreach efforts to increase awareness of and enrollment for clinical trials.

- Conducts community outreach and relationship-building to successfully create and maintain a strong presence for the clinical trials mission for the public-at-large.

- Effectively applies the concepts of social marketing to create a reliable, informed community base of potential advocates and volunteers for clinical trial research programs.

- Implements innovative communications and advertising campaigns to include marketing, graphics, productions and distribution of all activities related to clinical trials outreach.

- Serves as point of contact and provides initial screening of potential volunteers.

- Collects, organizes and analyzes data and information for use in various reports to determine the efficacy of the program.

- Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Position Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, health sciences or public affairs equivalent;

- Prior position as a Clinical Trials Coodinator would translate;

- 3 years experience in public health, marketing, sales, advertising, communications or public affairs. Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experience A Total Value package.
