We are currently seeking a Branch Manager in Rocky Mount, NC.

The Branch Manager provides leadership and support for all operational aspects of the branch incorporating sound business management practices, adherence to corporate policies, accountability for assets, budgets, profitability, and personnel, implementation of safe work practices, support of sales efforts, and maintaining the desired level of customer services.

Requirements include:

Minimum 5 years sales/operations management experienceProven track records of success HVAC/R experience requiredExcellent analytical skillsSuperior relationship building skillsSelf-motivated, ability to work with minimal supervision and above all a driving commitment for successExcellent communication skillsMust live within the territory area
