Job Description:

Sales and Service - $60K Base Salary Plus Bonuses and Benefits

M.A.R.S. International® is expanding in your area!  We are seeking mature self-starters who can develop and maintain customer accounts without any day-to-day supervision.  Following your training, you will plan your own daily work schedule, service your local accounts, and provide weekly reports to the company.  MARS furnishes you with a laptop computer for generating invoices and reports, so you must be computer literate.  The company handles all accounting functions related to the business, so you will be able to devote all of your time to growing and maintaining your accounts.

 Accepted Sales and Service candidates are fully trained and certified by MARS International.

 MARS International® specializes in TOTAL appearance reconditioning of vehicles inside and out. We make pre-owned vehicles look new by repairing dings, dents, scratches, burns, cracks, breaks, tears, discoloration, odors, etc. that go far beyond typical detailing or “make ready” services. We also can give new vehicles a unique and customized personality with interior and exterior graphics packages and professionally installed aftermarket products.

Sales and Service Operators function independent of any team in the beginning, so you must be able to successfully manage both the sales and service aspects of the business.  You will perform 25+ of our specialized services and earn an annual base that usually exceeds $60,000 with a lucrative bonus plan and a company benefit package.  Team leaders and technicians may be added once the business is well established.

 Job Summary

 You will establish customers for our appearance reconditioning services with new and used auto dealers, rental car companies, and auto retailers (i.e. carwashes, lube centers and/or service centers) that have the potential to provide daily work for a single-man or team of specialized technicians certified to repair all types of blemishes (e.g. dings, dents, scratches, burns, cracks, breaks, tears, discoloration, odors, etc.) on a vehicle's paint, plastic, glass, leather, vinyl, carpet, etc., PLUS provide a wide variety of automotive enhancement specialties such as window tinting, spray on bed-liners, pinstriping, interior-exterior graphics, accent trim, and accessories.

 Job Duties: All duties are thoroughly taught by M.A.R.S. International®

You will become certified in all 6 categories of appearance reconditioning services: Exterior Paint Repairs, Interior Repairs, Paintless Dent Removal, Glass Repairs, Detailing, Stain, and Odor Removal Services, and Accessories and Specialties Services. Once certified, you will be qualified to troubleshoot, correct problems, and provide all of these services.

You will follow up on referral leads and inquiries from potential customers and analyze the customer's potential business to determine if sufficient volume exists for it to be added to the scheduled accounts list.  In addition, you will perform demonstrations for potential accounts when necessary to establish quality standards and acquire the business.

You will maintain ongoing rapport with your established accounts. Using your company-provided laptop computer, you will generate your daily production invoices and recap your weekly production report.

You will receive a minimum of three weeks of comprehensive training in how to perform the M.A.R.S. services and how to develop and maintain your accounts.  We furnish all of the specialty products, tools, and equipment that have been designed for our unique appearance reconditioning services.  You must provide your own vehicle.

 Through the years, we have successfully trained and equipped individuals who have come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. Training and Certification is required and is provided by the M.A.R.S. International Training Institute.

 Due to the proprietary training provided, every employee is franchised to perform M.A.R.S. branded services. The required Franchise and Training Fees may be fully refunded after meeting qualifications.

We have Sales and Service Operators with backgrounds as diverse as IT, Education, Recruiting, Sales, Banking/Finance, Business Development, Service, Upper Level Management, Marketing, Construction, and all Automotive fields.
